Discover Rotary at the Redbourn Rotary Showcase – 26 September 2026
Have you ever wondered what Rotary does, how it supports local communities, or how you could get involved? The Rotary Showcase Redbourn 2026 is the perfect opportunity to find out.
Join us on Saturday, 26 September 2026, from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm at Redbourn Village Hall for an informal and welcoming event that celebrates the work of Rotary across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
Whether you're looking to make new friends, give something back to your community, develop new skills, or simply learn more about Rotary, there will be something for everyone. Meet local Rotarians, discover the wide range of projects we support, and hear how Rotary changes lives through community service, youth programmes, fundraising, international humanitarian work, and the global campaign to eradicate polio.
The showcase will also highlight inspiring initiatives such as the Rotary Wrap Up Campaign, which provides hundreds of coats to charities in Luton, and the many youth competitions that encourage young people to develop confidence, creativity and leadership skills. Visitors will have the opportunity to ask questions, explore how Rotary works with local businesses and organisations, and find out how they can become involved in making a positive difference.
Everyone is welcome, whether you are interested in becoming a member, partnering with Rotary, volunteering for community projects, or simply finding out more about one of the world's largest service organisations. Come along, enjoy a warm welcome, a hot drink and a waffle, and discover how together we can make a lasting difference in our communities.
Step into the perfect 1950s home... where everything isn't quite as perfect as it seems!
Join us for Home, I'm Darling, the hilarious and award-winning comedy by Laura Wade. Meet Judy, who has chosen to live as a 1950s housewife in the modern world—complete with vintage dresses, homemade marmalade and spotless floors. But behind the polished smiles, cocktails and cupcakes lies a witty, thought-provoking story about love, ambition, identity and the realities of modern life.
Packed with laughter, brilliant performances and unexpected twists, this acclaimed production is a delightful evening of entertainment that will leave you smiling—and thinking.
